International Residency Program

Our Artist Residency program fosters collaboration between Italian and international musicians. Hosted across Fondazione Entroterre's venues in Italy (primarily in Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany), the residencies are dedicated to musical research and the creation of new repertoires at the intersection of tradition and innovation.

We actively partner with music export offices and cultural agencies worldwide to build exchange programs, connecting the Italian scene with the global music community.

DOODEM

Ancient roots, contemporary beats.

DOODEM is a dynamic live trio born out of the Entroterre International Artist Residency, a collaboration between Musika Bulegoa (Basque Country) and Fondazione Entroterre (Italy).

Bringing together Basque cellist TRIGGER, Italian DJ and producer Farrapo, and saxophonist Tim Trevor-Briscoe, the trio creates a unique sound where acoustic instruments meet electronic beats.

Inspired by migration routes connecting Senegal and the Basque Country, DOODEM blends African and Basque musical traditions, flamenco influences, and electronic music. Their sound moves naturally between intimate, atmospheric moments, and powerful, dance-driven rhythms, creating a live experience that invites audiences to both listen and move.
